Purpose of this Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is intended to inform data subjects about the personal data processing carried out by UAB Alliance Germany. This policy applies to our clients, suppliers, partners, employees, candidates and other persons whose data we process. We process personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legislation.

2. What is personal data?
Personal data means any information by which a natural person can be directly or indirectly identified, such as name, surname, address, email, phone number, IP address, etc. We collect only the data that is necessary to achieve the stated purposes.
3. Data collected and purposes of processing
Contact form
Data collected: name, surname, email, phone number, message content. Purpose: to respond to enquiries and assess cooperation opportunities. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract) and (f) (legitimate interest). Retention: 2 years from last contact.
Employee data
Data collected: name, surname, personal ID, address, bank account, education, professional information. Purpose: employment contracts and payroll processing. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c). Retention: 10 years after end of employment contract.
Contracts with clients and suppliers
Data collected: name, surname, address, contact details, bank account number. Purpose: conclusion and performance of contracts, provision of services across the EU. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c). Retention: 10 years after end of contract.
Recruitment
Data collected: CV, education, work experience, language skills, cover letter. Purpose: selection of suitable candidates. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) (consent). Retention: 3 working days after recruitment ends, or 1 year with additional consent.
Website analytics (Google Analytics)
Data collected: anonymised IP address, browser type, visit duration, pages viewed. Purpose: website performance analysis and improvement. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) (consent). Retention: 14 months. Google LLC acts as data processor under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unlawful destruction, alteration or disclosure. Data is encrypted during transmission (SSL/TLS) and access is granted only to authorised personnel. Regular security reviews are carried out.

You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of the data you provide. If your data changes, please inform us promptly at info@a-germany.lt. We shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the submission of inaccurate or incomplete data.

If you believe your data is being processed in breach of the GDPR, please first contact us at info@a-germany.lt.
